20. Payment and Cancellation Policy Membership for Owners, Program Managers, and Resources are Free for the first 30 days. Membership fees will commence on the thirtieth day following the date of registration - regardless of whether all or any part of any services, or none of the services were used. The member's financial information - other than any identifying business name and personal information - will become the property of BVIresources Group Inc.'s database for statistical purposes only. Recurring payments in the amount of the published monthly fees will occur every 30 ays thereafter unless member cancels their membership. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via Contact Us with the appropriate company Information and authorized account holder. Cancellations will be effective the month following receipt of the request. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, all services being provided will be cancelled by BVIresources Group Inc. the month following the date the cancellation was received, and the member's account will be deactivated. Should the member request that his/her account be reinstated, payment will begin the month the account was reinstated.
21. Abuse of Member Privileges. Members will be held to high standards for the information content and manner in which it is used to convey describing their business in the business listings. If, BVIresources Group Inc., in its judgement, determines that a member has abused the standards for professionalism and good taste, the member will have the opportunity to make an appropriate correction within 24 hours of being notified by BVIresources Group Inc., or risk having their membership terminated with all monies forfeited.
22. Ownership of Information . BVIresources Group Inc. reserves the right to use all submitted information as a part of its database to the extent that such information may be used to provide statistical information of a general nature to its membership, and or to promote the services and value of its products and services to its membership or potential members. Information specific to a particulay company will not be revealed unless the member or their representative(s) authorizes it.
